The Who
The What
The Safe Community Cooperative is a not-for-profit, non-government, and nonpartisan international organization uniquely qualified to provide research through leadership and training that will positively impact the human dimension of networked community security.
Working with Faith-Based Institutions, local grassroots organizations, community groups, and local government organizations, the CO-OP works to facilitate cross-cultural cooperation among communities' full spectrum of voices. The CO-OP provides training and empowerment for faith-based, government and local grassroots organizations to support intercultural, interfaith, and public-private partnerships to work together to solve complex challenges and provide public safety, security, and neighborhood resilience.

Through the newly established Stolen Innocence Network (SIN), the CO-OP has begun working with established Identity Intelligence and Forensics Science companies and public safety and health agencies to encourage and support Public-Private Partnerships to target human trafficking and the exploitation of communities and the vulnerable. The Stolen Innocence Network has also committed to supporting sensitive investigations, Homicide Cold Cases, and any other public safety threats where we would be able to add value or support.
Our approach is one of engagement, collaboration, and sustainable impact, which can only be achieved through full local buy-in and commitment to mutual respect and empowerment.
